Hannah Layne
Founder and Environmental Consultant
Hannah is an Environmental Professional and specializes in Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (Baseline Environmental Assessments) and has written thousands of them for both single and multiple parcel projects. She has worked for a variety of clients-from renewable energy developers to small businesses to non-profit organizations and individual investors.
Hannah holds a degree in Geological Engineering from Michigan Technological University-go Huskies!
She grew up near a TCE plume and firsthand saw the effects of it’s discovery. This still fuels her passion for environmental studies.
Hannah loves to be outside and believes in the importance of preserving land.

Shelbie was born and raised in Michigan and holds the Great Lakes and all of the wild lands in and around Michigan close to her heart.
